Freelance Pricing

• 30% non-refundable deposit is requested upon booking for Formal Styling, Up-dos, Braids and Packages.

• For your convenience, all payments should be sent via Zelle or Venmo.

  • Please label all deposit payments: "[Name] [Session Date] Deposit"

  • Please label all final remainder payments: "[Name] [Session Date] Remainder"

• If you're booking a Hair Extension Session, the price of the hair being ordered is considered the deposit. This should be sent upon booking.

  • Please label all extension payments: "[Name] [Session Date] Extensions"

• Cancelation Fee: 50% of total session cost including add-ons

• Travel Fee: $1 per mile for clients outside of Staten Island, NY. 

  • Clients inside of Staten Island have travel included in price

  • Hotel fees should be paid for by Bride for any weddings outside of 2 hours from zip code 10314

• Out-Of-State Weddings: pricing starts at $1500 - all travel expenses (flight, room & board, on-location taxi/transport) should be covered by Bride

• Parking Fees: Client will be responsible for any parking fees. Valet will be used upon availability. 

• Holiday Fees: a 15% upcharge will be added to any sessions booked on busy holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve / Day, Halloween, etc. 

• Add-ons should be discussed with artist upon booking.

• Hair Pieces & Accessories: $10 + base price

  • Includes: embellished hair clips/hair pins, flowers, ribbons

  • Accessories can be ordered by artist if the appointment is made 2+ weeks before appointment date, so products can be ordered with ample time. Please send reference pictures of what type of accessories you would like ordered.

  • If accessories are not being purchased by artist, please send clear photos of accessories upon appointment booking.

• Clip-In Extensions (non-permanent): $15 + base price

  • Clients should purchase clip-in extensions prior to service

• Men's Starting Rate: $40

  • Starting Rate is dependent on length and density of client's hair.

  • 30% deposit required upon booking

• Women's Starting Rate (without added hair): $60

  • Starting Rate is dependent on length and density of client's hair.

  • 30% deposit required upon booking

• Women's Starting Rate (with added hair): $80

  • Starting Rate is dependent on length and density of client's hair.

  • Deposit is the price of the added hair being purchased

• Bridal Hair Trial: $150

  • 90-minute hair trial

  • Prior consultation is required for any hair extensions. Cost of hair extensions will be covered by Bride.

• Bride: $370

• Bridesmaids/Adult Guests: $200

• Flower Girls: $20

• Male Grooming: $50

• Stay Fee: $150 per hour

  • Makeup Services include: 90-minute bridal trial, day-of makeup services, lashes, 2-hour artist stay time, & behind the scenes video footage of makeup & hair services

    • Airbrushing not included

Platinum Bridal Package: $2500

A full Glam Session for a Bride & her Bridesmaids!

• Services will cover up to 5 Bridesmaids and the Bride

• Hair Services include: 90-minute bridal trial, day-of hair services, 8-hour artist stay time and added hair accessories

  • Prior complimentary consultation is required for any hair extensions. Cost of hair extensions should be covered by Bride. 

• Makeup Services include: 90-minute bridal trial, day-of makeup services, lashes, 8-hour artist stay time, airbrushing upon request, & behind the scenes video footage of makeup & hair services

• Prom clients should be booked by in studio price link. This will take you to Positvity Hair Studios booking link where you can directly book with me.
